- We currently deliver across India.
- For bulk orders or international shipping, please contact us at Care@kavishdoors.com before placing an order.
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges depend on the order size, weight and delivery location.
- The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout or communicated separately for bulk orders.
- Customers may arrange their own transportation for bulk orders if preferred.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Local Deliveries (Within Surat): 3-5 working days
- Within Gujarat: 5-10 working days
- Rest of India: 7-15 working days
Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as transportation delays, weather conditions or public holidays.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.
- Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
5. Tracking & Notifications
- Customers will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking details once the order is shipped.
- For bulk orders, we provide direct updates on shipping status.
6. Delivery Guidelines
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure accuracy.
- If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.
- Customers must inspect the package upon delivery. If any damage is found, it must be reported within 24 hours.
7. Third-Party Logistics
- We use third-party courier services for shipping. While we ensure timely dispatch, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
- If a shipment is lost or delayed, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue with the logistics provider.
8. Self-Pickup Option
- Customers in Surat can opt for self-pickup from our location.
- Pickup must be scheduled in advance by contacting us.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
- If the order is damaged in transit, report it within 24 hours with photos/videos as proof.
- If any item is missing, inform us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
