- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that processing or production has not started.
- Once the order is in production or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
b. Cancellation by Kavish Trade Link
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock.
- The customer has provided incorrect or incomplete information.
- The transaction is flagged as fraudulent or unauthorized.
- Technical or pricing errors occur on the website.
In case of cancellation from our side, a full refund will be credited within 7-10 working days.
2. Return & Refund Policy
a. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
- Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Returns are not accepted for custom-made or personalized products.
b. Conditions for Refund Approval
- The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
- Proof of damage or defect (photos/videos) must be provided.
- Returns must be sent to our designated return address after approval.
c. Refund Processing
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.
d. Non-Refundable Cases
- Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery.
- Damage due to improper handling by the customer.
- Products that have been used, altered or installed.
3. Replacement Policy
- If a replacement is requested instead of a refund, we will process a new shipment after verifying the returned item.
- The replacement request must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
